Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid products and services operated by InsightWorks, including AI-VIEW diagnostic reports, one-time packages, and monthly retainers. Where individual services specify additional refund conditions, those conditions take precedence.
2. One-Time Products (Diagnostic Reports, One-Time Packages)
A full (100%) refund is available within 7 days of payment, provided the deliverable (report, output, or share link) has not yet been delivered. Once any portion of the deliverable has been delivered, refunds are not available due to the nature of intangible digital content. If 7 days have passed and no deliverable has been provided, a full refund is still available.
3. Monthly Retainer (Manage, etc.)
Monthly retainers are billed automatically on a 30-day cycle. Each payment covers one month (30 days) of service starting from the payment date. Once any monthly deliverable (re-diagnosis, action plan, etc.) has been provided for the current billing cycle, that month's payment is non-refundable, and partial pro-rata refunds are not available. Next-month auto-billing can be canceled by submitting a cancellation request at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the payer's name, payment date, order ID, and reason for refund. We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Toss Payments to the original payment method (3–5 business days depending on card network policy).
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be denied in the following cases: (1) any intangible digital deliverable has been delivered, (2) any monthly retainer deliverable has been provided for the current cycle, (3) more than 30 days have passed since payment due to simple change of mind, (4) service was terminated due to violation of our Terms or this Refund Policy. However, when InsightWorks is at fault and unable to provide service, a full (100%) refund is granted regardless of payment timing or delivery status.
